At Eboorha, we do our best to deliver quality meal service to the elderly. Should, for any reason, you cancel your order, please refer to the cancellation policy below. This is done with much care in order to comply with the regulations in Hong Kong and bring clarity to the customers.

Cancellation Prior To Delivery

  • Full Refund: You have 24 hours within which you can cancel the order and claim a full refund. To cancel an order, if you would like to do so, please email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Partial Refund: You can get a cancellation refund of 50% of the total order amount if your call for cancellation is after 24 but at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery time.

Cancellation after Delivery

  • Non-Refundable: Refunds cannot be administered following delivery of the meal in question. That is, be certain that a decision to order is final before delivery time.

Non-Payment

  • Cash-on-Delivery: In view of Eboorha offering a facility of making payment at the time of delivery, if at the time of delivery of the ordered product or making payment against the order as may be the case, cash equivalent to the order value is not paid or payment toward the same is not made, the order would be liable for cancellation. The full order amount shall be charged and refunded to the customer. No refund shall be entertained.

How to Cancel

We may cancel an order upon being contacted at [email protected] with details of the order and a request for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation with you and refund, if any, within due course.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued access or use of the service after such posting shall be deemed your acceptance of the modifications.
